About AVELENNE

Commercial coordination grounded in evidence, documented authority and buyer-side engineering review.

AVELENNE coordinates owner-authorized unused electrical equipment with qualified U.S. project requirements.

Operating role

Defined scope.

AVELENNE coordinates the commercial path between a documented equipment opportunity and a real project requirement. The work centers on authorization, documentation, qualification and controlled disclosure.

Commercial boundary

Authority stays where it belongs.

AVELENNE does not take title to the equipment. Sale/disposition authority remains with the owner or authorized seller. Final technical suitability remains with the buyer’s qualified engineering team.

At the current operating stage, seller and buyer negotiate and contract directly. AVELENNE coordinates the opportunity.

Founders

Clear responsibility across supply and demand.

AVELENNE separates supply-side and demand-side execution so each opportunity can move through a clear commercial route.
